We would love to offer “Free Shipping” like some of the big sites but the cost is too high for us with the quantity we ship. We are sorry if the shipping costs seem high but we calculate the best rates for USPS based on your location and the package size. We encourage you to select the pick-up in-store option if you are in or planning to come to Mount Snow, VT.
Returns
We are sorry but we cannot provide shipping labels for you to return your package. Please reach out within 5 business days of receiving your package if you need to return the item. We will do our best to accommodate returns but please do not wait a long time to send them back. With a short season, we only have a limited amount of inventory and time to sell the items. Your returned gear can find a good home if you get them back to the shop as soon as possible.
