We ship all orders via USPS with tracking provided on every shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Local to Mount Snow?
You can also choose in-store pickup at checkout. Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase for unused products. Credit will be made to the original source of payment. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unmounted, and unworn items within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original packaging

• No signs of use, wear, or mounting

• All tags and materials must be included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Mounted snowboards

• Used or worn gear

• Sale/clearance items (Items Discounted 30% or more)

• Gift cards

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
